Instruction How to Use：

1、Simply put electrode, separator, and electrolyte materials into the split cell with no screws required.

2、Place the split cell into a mechanical jig fixture to apply pressure without crimping and seal the O-rings. Please select from the Product Options 

3、Connect current leads to a battery analyzer for testing the assembled pouch cell

4、You may choose a hydraulic press or a digital press to apply pressure by clicking pics below

Max. Working Pressure：20 MPa for Peek materials, 10 MPa for Nylon materials

Dimensions：80L x 66W x 29H (mm)   cell interior: 58L x 45W x 4H (mm)
