The paint film bending tester is suitable for measuring the flexibility of the pole piece coating film and is one of the main indicators to measure the performance of the coating. 

The paint film bending tester is a special instrument for measuring the resistance to cracking or peeling from the metal plate when it is bent around the cylindrical axis under standard conditions. 

Working principle: Different bending radii have different ductility properties of the floor material. After coating, the film has been bent around a cylindrical mandrel. According to the cracking or peeling of the coating film on different radii, the flexibility of the coating film is judged.
